RenovateFlow Consulting provides:

  • Consulting services including marketing and web design

Subscription terms (monthly or yearly) are agreed upon in your contract or negotiations. Any limitations on usage, workflows, or access are outlined in your individual account or backend system.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter a contract

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information

  • Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

3. Payments

  • All payments are processed via trusted third-party payment processors.

  • Subscription fees are billed according to your agreed-upon plan.

  • Refunds, trials, and cancellations are handled in the backend. Any requests must follow the procedure outlined in your account or via support.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content, workflows, templates, automations, and materials provided by RenovateFlow Consulting are owned exclusively by us.

  • Clients may not modify, copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission from RenovateFlow Consulting.

  • Any approved use beyond the agreed services must be documented in writing (email or contract).

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information for all services and subscriptions

  • Use services lawfully and responsibly

  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or misuse any automation or system

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access if:

  • You breach these Terms

  • Payment fails or is fraudulent

  • We determine, in good faith, that your use may harm the business or other clients

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using our services and delete or return any proprietary materials if requested.

7. Limitations of Liability

  • Our services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind.

  • RenovateFlow Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses, including lost revenue or profits.

  • We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services or tools integrated with our automations.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RenovateFlow Consulting and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party tools (analytics, hosting, payment processors, or automation platforms). These services may have separate terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their actions or data handling.

10. Modifications to Terms
